About shipping time:8-11 days after payment to your door,after 4 days of payment,we will upload the tracking number to website.

About Shipping cost:the free shipping products is including the DHL shipping cost from our factory to your door.But it is not with 

custom charge and any other extra cost from DHL in your side.

We will not take responsible for the damage during shipping after we make the very secure package. If you find the package case

or products was broken when you get the goods. Please take a photo of the package case and apply compensation from the shipping 

agency in your city within 24 hours. And please send the picture to us, too. We will transfer it to our shipping agency to handle this issues.

Some countries are hard for custom clearance,so we have to choose EMS.

About shipping cost: Because the EMS shipping cost is higher than normal one ,we have to charge some extra cost for it.

About custom clearance: 

1.We will usually declare lower value on invoice to help you save the custom tax. It should be 20USD or 50USD depends on the

 size of package. Please talk with us if you need special value on invoice.

2. We will use “control panel ”or “electric wire” instead of firing system or ignition on invoice. So please don’t mention any words

 like fireworks,ignition or firing system when you handle the customs clean.

3.Generally speaking,the DHL will help you handle the customs clean. And sometimes they will pay customs tax for you and then 

charge when they dispatch. Otherwise,you need to pay the tax first and then they will arrange shipping. Please keep your phone

or TEL phone available. If they can’t contact with you during one week. The package will be return to sender. It will have very 

high costs because of the return.
